From D & E Grade to Scrap
Our categories with each their own advantages
D & E Grades
Our D & E Grade devices provide a cost-effective solution for businesses looking to maximize value while still securing functional stock. These units typically show heavier signs of wear, cosmetic imperfections, or reduced battery health, but remain suitable for parts harvesting, refurbishment, or resale in secondary markets. With transparent grading and competitive pricing, Globe-on ensures you can expand your inventory without breaking your budget.
iCloud, Google, Pin and MDM Lock
This category consists of devices with active iCloud, MDM, or pinlock restrictions. While they cannot be resold as standard consumer units, they hold excellent value for parts harvesting, training purposes, or specialist markets. By sourcing from Globe-on, you gain reliable access to locked devices at sharp prices, enabling you to maximize the use of components such as screens, batteries, and housings.
DOA's and BER/Scrap
Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Beyond Economic Repair (BER) devices are perfect for businesses that specialize in recycling, part recovery, and sustainable electronics processing. Grading Guide
Explaining our grading
Grade ABC / BC Mixed
This grade is a mixed grading between A, B and C Grade phones. Ranging from like new to heavily used. All phones in this grade are fully functional and are free from any locks.
Grade C
Grade C shows heavy signs of use. Noticable scratches and marks on the screen and casing. Battery life maybe lower than 80%
Grade D
Fully functional LCD with Minor Faults. May have aftermarket or missing parts
Grade E
Non-Functional LCD (lines, spots, shades or completely black) Minor to major faults. May have aftermarket or missing parts
iCloud, Google, Pin & MDM locked
This grading consist of phones that are locked by Google, iCloud, Pin or MDM. This category comes in to 2 grades, Grade D – functional LCD and Grade E Non-functional LCD. The Grade D phones might be Grade ABC mix but as we can’t test them they are in Grade D
DOA
Defect on Arrival phones do not boot up and are therefore untested. It could be a minor fault with the battery or a major fault with the motherboard
BER (Beyond Economical Repair)
Devices graded as BER are non-functional and considered uneconomical to repair. They are typically used for spare parts, component recovery, or recycling, making them valuable for refurbishers and sustainable processing.
