Grade A

Near-new condition. Faint handling marks only, no visible scratches, dents, or cracks at arm's length. Fully functional.

Grade AB

Generally used devices that have been in a phone cover with screen protector. Some minor marks visible, but not clearly seen at arm's length. Fully functional.

Grade B

Minor but visible signs of use on housing and/or screen. No major scratches, dents, cracks, or structural damage. Fully functional.

Grade C

Clear signs of use. Visible wear on housing, deep scratches on screen or back, but no cracks. LCD and all functions fully operational.

Grade D

One or more minor faults. Cosmetic condition can vary. LCD is fully functional with no dead pixels or display defects. Example: fully functional with a cracked back.

Grade E

LCD fault is the defining characteristic. Cosmetic condition and other functionality may vary from A to D level.

Grade F, DOA

Does not power on. This overrides all other criteria. Cosmetic and functional state are not assessed.

General note: All descriptions represent our standard grading criteria. If any specific deviation is applicable, we will clearly mention in advance.

Manufacturing a smartphone generates roughly 70kg of CO₂. Extending a device's life by even two years cuts that impact dramatically.
